The One-off House

An opportunity arose for a local client to explore the possibility of developing
a piece of land adjacent to the client's house.


A feasibility study was commissioned and although the site was almost
totally surrounded by other houses it was found that privacy distances could
be maintained. A set of planning application drawings were then prepared.


An overgrown unused piece of land was transformed in to a development
comprising a three bedroom detached house with integral garage.


The scheme was designed with a traditional appearance in keeping with
the surrounding properties.
